marketsareclosed,andpositionsareheldopen.Somebrokersmaychargehigherswapfees
fortheseperiodstoaccountfortheadditionalinterestaccrued.
BrokerPolicies:Differentbrokersmayhaveslightlydifferentpoliciesandratesforcalculating

It'scrucialfortraderstobeawareofswapfeesbecausetheycansignificantlyimpactthe
profitabilityoftheirtrades,especiallyiftheyareholdingpositionsforanextendedperiod.
Tradersshouldalsoconsiderswapfeeswhenformulatingtheirtradingstrategiesand
managingrisk.
InactivityandMaintenanceFees
AClientAccountshallbeconsidered'inactive'if,foracontinuousperiodofthree(3)months,
there are no trading activities, open positions, withdrawals, or deposits recorded in the
account.ShouldaClient Accountmeetthecriteriaforinactivityasdefinedabove,amonthly
InactivityFeewillbeassessed.TheInactivityFeeshallbethirty‐five(35)unitsofthecurrency
inwhichtheClientAccountisdenominated.Thisfee will be charged onthe first day ofthe
monthimmediatelyfollowingtheperiodofthree(3)consecutivemonthsofinactivity.
If the Client Account remains inactive for six (6) consecutive months, an Enhanced
MaintenanceFeewillbeimposedinadditiontotheInactivityFee.TheEnhancedMaintenance
Feeshallbeeighty(80)unitsofthecurrencyinwhichtheClientAccountisdenominated.This
feewillbechargedonthefirstdayofthemonthimmediatelyfollowingtheperiodofsix(6)
consecutivemonthsofinactivity.
IftheClientAccountisinactiveforoneyearormore,andafternotifyingtheClientinitslast
known address, the Company reserves the right to close the Client Account and render it
dormant.Money in thedormantaccountshall r emainowed totheClientand the Company
shallmakeandretainrecordsandreturnsuch fundsuponrequestbytheClientatanytime
thereafter.
AmaintenancefeemaybeimposedattheCompany'sdiscretioniftheclientdoesnotengage
inanyinvestmentactivities,suchasopeningaposition,foraperiodexceeding12months.
MaintenanceFeeUponAccountClosure:
IntheeventthattheCompanydecidestocloseaClient'saccountforanyreason,andthe
Clientfailstoplaceawithdrawalrequest(whichincludesmaintainingup‐to‐datefunding
detailsandup‐to‐dateandcompleteKYCprofiledocuments)withinaperiodof15
business
daysfromthedateofnotification,theCompanyreservestherighttochargeamaintenance
feeofEUR500forthemaintenanceoftheClient'sfundswithinitscreditinstitutionandother
applicablefees.ThisfeewillbedeductedfromtheClient'sremainingaccountbalance.
ClientsareadvisedtoensuretheirfundingdetailsandKYCprofiledocumentsarekept

TherolloverprocessinvolvesswitchingbetweentwodifferentContractforDifference
(“CFD”)contracts."Rollover"referstotheprocessofswitchingfromholdingafuturesCFD
contractthatisnearexpiration,toafuturesCFDcontractwithalaterexpirationdateforthe
sameunderlyingasset.Contractscanexpiremonthly,quarterlyoranothertimeperiod
dependingontheunderlyingasset.WhenaCFDcontractapproachestheExpiryDate,VPR
SafeFinancialautomaticallyclosesthepositionintheexpiringcontractandopensanew
positioninthenewcontract.
Toensuretradersdon'tgainorloseduetopricedifferencesbetweenoldandnewcontracts.
VPRSafeFinancialadjustsclientaccounts.Therolloveradjustmentiscalculatedusingthe
